I am a double zero and find that Abercrombie and Fitch jeans are the cheapest pair that fit me well. Hollstier Jeans are just crap and are way too long ( & i'm 5'4") and big in the crotch. I recomend Lucky Brand Jeans or Paper, denim & cloth if you are looking to spend a bit more money. Both have size 23.

You could try the children's section at retail stores. Or perhaps Goodwill or Salvation Army. If you have an outlet mall in your area, try there too, they sell at wholesale prices which is considerably cheaper than retail.

I know many people will disagree but i will say e-bay, you can get insurance on your money most of the time if it's over 25$ so you have nothing to worry about:)
