how come wehn mario gets the brown feather thing, sometimes he gets a cape and sometimes he turns into a raccon? with the abiltity to fly.

difference in games.... yoshi island is the cape, and mairo 3 is the racoon

A BROWN feather is Racoon Mario. I don't know why he can fly though.

A NORMAL feather gives MArio a cape. The whole capes usually mean flight because superheroes who can fly have them.

he turns into that raccoon thing everytime he gets the feather. to get him to fly everytime u want to then do this: make him run as fast as possible then keep pressing the 'jump' button and he will start flying as long as u keep pressing and letting go of it.

itsbecause the feather represents flying but i really have no clue why he has a racoon tail lol. ya........ now that i think of it thats kinda wierd
