for people who pay runescape?

ok, when you get your iba staff, and use all the uses on it, you have to go and recharge it at the well where you killed iban right? when you get to the well, what do you do? how do you recharge it their?

I haven't gotten that far yet, but have you tried using the staff with the well? That seems to be how most other things work on Runescape.
