I am going to a Halloween Costume Party and there is a $50 prize for the person with the scariest (best) costume. I want something that will freak someone out. Basically make them pee in their pants. Do you know of a costume this scary?

Go as a Congressional Page with a laptop and white splotches on your coat.

Go out and get one of those masks thats sort of a cross between a giant mutant rat and a clown. I know quite a few people that are afraid of rats and clowns alike.
As for the rest of your attire, dress up in a clown jumpsuit with a multi colored wig.(Even a gray afro or long black hair 'rat's nest' will do just fine!) Carry a fake hatchet. Make sure you have lots of fake blood. Smear some of it on your clothing.
Go and get a fake hand or other body part and put in in your pocket. Just make sure it's visible. Put 'bite marks' all over it.
Last but not least, get some real looking spiders or bugs and carefully attatch them to the mask's mouth, ears, hair/ etc. That should top it all off. (To make it look like it's coming out of our nostril, mouth, the corner of our eye...)
I hope you win that constest! I did last year. I wore a gothic Tinker Bell costume with a staff and dagger, horns and a few other things. First place was a $500 gift certificate to Walmart. I loved it!

Wear an overcoat and carry a briefcase. Demand 30% of all the refreshments. If they give you any lip, assess a 10% penalty. Tell them to send you 30% of all their groceries every week for the rest of their lives. Promise to take their house away if they fail to comply voluntarily.
You may find this unsuitable around small children, it could give them nightmares.

No costume is that scary. My Sexy Maid costume was really scary. My cellulite and veins frightened everybody at the party I went to last night.
