Roller coaster tycoon 2 question!?

Hi! how can I build roller coasters that their intensity is not ultra extreme??I'v tried to build lots of them but their intensity is always too high! what can I do?

there are no cheat codes i am aware of but for example 1 dip can bring your ride from ultra extreme to extreme......
also try not to put any loops unless the ride is very short
