What song make you cry?
Mine would have to be Elton John Candle in the wind when he did it for Diana. Because it always remindes me of my nan who died near the same time. Every time it is on it reminds me off her and I cry because of it.

Angels by Robbie Williams - because it reminds me of my Mum who died of cancer.

A few to consider...First time ever I saw your face covered by Allison Moyet (the 12 string guitar played into an echo box is just wonderful)
Eddi Reader album Mirmania has a track called "it's not what your born with, it's what you do with what you've got" gets me every time.
And for similar reason "Thank you" by Allannis Morrisette reminds me of mt mother dying. There was release from her pain of suffering with cancer - bitter sweet you might say. The line about letting go and touching down just does it for me. It is also an uplifting song. My absolute favourite.
Another fab is REM's "everybody hurts" play it loud.
At the end of a good film like the Killing Fields is John Lennons "Imagine" what a perfect placing of a track!
If you don't already know these tracks search them out and tell me what you think? Enjoy

I would not have wished her to die but I can't imagine why Diana deserves more pity than anyone else when you consider the fact that she had a life of privilege but never wanted to follow the rules that went with the wealth. She was certainly greedy and self centred in life and she died as she lived, travelling from the most expensive hotel in Paris in a Benz with a millionaire boyfriend.

Wonderful tonight by Eric Clapton does it for me.

I don't have a song that always makes me cry. It depends on my mood and any song can make me cry. One day I'll cry through My Immortal and another day I won't. But that's a bad example cos I've never cried listening to My Immortal yet. It reminds me of my suicide attempts and gives me the shivers up and down my spine everytime I hear it but it never makes me cry.

That song by Evanescense (sp?). I don't even know the name of it but its lyrics include "when you cried I wiped away all your tears....I held your hand through all these years......" This song came out right after my Granny passed away, and it described my relationship with her completely. Everytime I hear it on the radio, I feel connected with my grandmother in a sad, yet comforting way. I haven't sought the song out to buy (which is why I don't know the title), because I think if I played it over and over I would become desensitized to it. I want that song to remind me of Granny, even if that comes along with tears.
