Your headlamps need replacing. The lamps have 2 elements. One for high, one for low. Probably the element for the low beam is burned out. Get new headlamps.

i agree with ChickeePoo.

95 Cherokees use "Dual-Filament" bulbs. the filament for the low beams probably just burnt out.

if it were a fuse or headlight switch, the high beams wouldnt work either...

and a dimmer switch has nothing to do with exterior lights...

check bulbs is they still dont work i would suspect a faulty headlight switch..... yes if the headlight switch is bad the high beams wil work without the low beams, your not a tech and dont have any idea what your talking about...

It's either two burned out bulbs or bad dimmer switch in column

Sounds like the dimmer switch.

sounds like you have a broken wire on the dipped beam circuit
