Doesn't seem like villifying his mother is the best way to honor a dead soldier's memory. She's trying to do right by her son, can't you respect an opposing opinion?

Because there is no ethics in the party anymore. If she was pregnant with a child they would probably punch her in the stomach for laughs.

Cindy Sheehan and her unimaginable grief was hijacked by the left media and exploited for everything it was worth - and that's pretty pathetic..

Toward the end, in a daze of media induced hysteria, Cindy Sheehan brought on the vilifying by replacing terms like "terrorist" with the term "freedom fighters." (How sick is that?)

An opposing opinion is one thing - unrelenting un-American rhetoric and criticism is quite another.

I was unaware that Cindy Sheehan represented the troops.

In fact, Cindy Sheehan has been exploited by the liberals, and does not in any way represent people who "support our troops."

Cindy Sheehan represents herself. If she wants to show the world what kind of person she is, she is perfectly welcome to. I also thought her 15 minutes were up.

they don't support the troops they support bush's failing policy in Iraq!!!!!

buying a yellow ribbon and an American flag that reads "support the troops" doesn't make you a supporter or "more" American.....it makes you an idiot!!!!

you want to support the troops.... vote in a president that actually treats them well by not risking their lives and illegal wars.... and if you do.... give them enough money to support their families and the tools and soldiers they need to actually win this so-called war on "freedom"

Sometimes it's just easier if she shuts the hell up. There are over 2700 other mothers out there who have lost sons and daughters to the war, and at least they are showing a lot of dignity by not making a spectacle of themselves. These people who have given their lives for the United States made a rational choice, were old enough to vote and make decisions for themselves, and deserve to be remembered well for their sacrifices.

I respect Sheehan's grief. However, she takes it too far and I think she is using her son's death to further advance her anti-war movement. Sheehan to me seems too liberal and anti-american.

They aren't any better than the Fred Phelps types who protest servicemens funerals. Free to do so but wrong nonetheless.

I don't pick on her. But I know that if they reinstate the draft, I'll rot in jail before I tell you where my sons are

I respect her opinion, unfortunately she doesn't respect her son's opinion.
