4 years ago I formed a CA corporation. The co. is no longer in existence. Is it important to dissolve it?

No revenue was ever made.
The min franchise tax has not been paid.

It would probably be a good idea unless you're expecting to revive it, since otherwise you'll probably keep getting tax forms sent to you for it.

I don't think there's any legal requirement to dissolve it, but am not sure on that part.
