All human beings possess both characteristics. Their definitions vary widely from culture to culture. There is no one "definition", therefore, for either. Some cultures prize male beauty and men wear make up every day. Other prize female strength and women often run the society. So, it all depends on what culture you live in.

males are more suitable for outdoor work
females more suitable for housework
(this is just based on body structure and is not a sexist answer)
