i was wondering if a boyfriend cums in me and we still go at it is he push the sprem more close to where it should go? and if so what r the change of get pregnant if i got on top and had my pleasure does the sprem leak or wont it once i do that he *** first then i do pretty much

You should have kept yourself for your husband first of all, but no he has nothing to do whith the swim of the sperm, these little tadpoles do it all on their ownsome and as they swim up the boyfriends do the duck out, men are good at that sort of thing LOL!!!

Not necessarily. When the motion goes in and out it is also pulling the sperm down as well as up. The chances of pregnancy in two healthy people that have had sex around the time of ovulation and with no contraceptive is 20%. The chances of you being on top and getting pregnant are about the same or slightly less. Sperm can live inside the vagina for up to 5 days so really it has 5 days to swim up there to the egg. On the other hand sperm will leak out no matter what position you are in so pregnancy is always a possibility anyways. My friend got pregnant the first time she had sex with the guy and she wa on top.

If he stays inside you for a while after coming then the sprem that will swim the right way are doing so.
Afterwards lay with your legs up the wall and you bum on a pillow, as this will get gravity helping the sprem on their way.

umm...weird question..but from a medical point of view..once the sperm are in, they will go where they have to go regardless. also, the sperm will not "leak" once it is in you. it not like pouring water into a tube and then turning the tube upside down, once its in, its in.
