Not sure what kind of ID you are looking to get, here is some information, though:

The local DMV (Dept. of Motor Vehicles) is where you would get an ID card or Drivers license.

Go to the official state website http://www.colorado.gov/

You will also find information there if you need a copy of a birth certificate or other things.

Go to a DMV in whatever city you live in, in colorado. For other papers go to the local court house.
