It is very normal for periods to be irregular when you first begin having them. I know of a couple of young ladies whose periods came a couple of times then disappeared for nearly a year and then returned being normal (monthyly).
Just know everything is fine and keep some protection nearby in case it make a show when least expected.
Welcome to womanhood!

Your normal. The first year you have your period it will be like this. Sometimes it never becomes regular at which time most girls go on birth control pills to regulate it, but for right now try not to worry too much about it. I know it's a pain not knowing when it will come but it's just natures way of keeping you alert.

When you first begin your period it is normal that it is irregular. Keep track of it on your calender. Count 28 days from day 1 of your period and that should be around the next time you should get it.

I went through the same thing when I first started. my suggestion is to go see an OBGYN doctor and see if they'll put you on birth control. Sounds odd but it will help regulate your periods. With the help of birth control, mine now come every month on time. Check that out

It's really normal for periods to be irregular when they first start...it was 6 months between my first and second one. In fact I didn't get them regularly until I was 30, although that's pretty uncommon.
They usually take about 2 years to fall into a regular pattern, so you really don't need to worry.
But hey - welcome to the womanhood. xxx

It is very common for girls to be very irregular in their periods soon after menarche. Don't worry at all, but if you do, you can see a doctor.

Some people are very irregular. You might see a doctor if it bothers you being so irregular.

Don't be concerned...it takes awhile for things to balance out. Just always be prepared by taking tampons or pads with you in your purse
