No. They don't get AIDS. AIDS attacks the immune system and starts to break that down until the person gets an illness, then they die. Since a Vampire is dead and has no immune system, they can't get AIDS. Even if they did, it wouldn't affect them because it had nothing to attack. Catch up on your "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" episodes.

Yes. They are the ones who spread AIDS. Vampires belong to that period when brushing teeth was a social taboo.Blood is the main diet of vampires. AIDS is transmitted through blood. Now you know what it is cause I think you are smart enough.

They are not technically alive...so no.

If they were, drinking blood wouldn't give them AIDS unless they had an open sore in their mouth, throat, or stomach. Stomach acid kills most viruses....not many people get AIDS from oral sex either.

If they had unprotected sex....or shared needles....yes...it's possible.
