If you're creating a document in Word for Windows, click on "Insert" on the tool bar. This will give you a drop down screen below "Insert." Click on "Symbols" in the drop down screen. Scroll down and watch for the upside down question mark used for the Spanish interogative form on the right side of the screen - one symbol in from the right margin of the screen.
