Do you need a translation of the whole thing? I don't understand every word but can make out it's a job advertisement, description of the company and what job openings they have. (Advisors, project mangers etc) University degree is required and preferably some experience in the field.

NIF is an Umbrella organisation (hope that is a word in English) that takes care of sport's interest politics work and handle the resources given by the member's organization.
Giving advice - development cooperation. A part of the work is international development cooperation with the most commitment in south of Africa. Sports as means in the general development work has had increasing attention and support.
Since One of our employees are getting another job we are looking for a head commissioner: (not sure if that would be the English title for the position) 1. Strategic development of the field 2. programme development 3 research and report work 4, project and partnership feedback out (on the field) and at home.
It is required you've got education from college or university, it would help if you've studied development studies or sport.

you need to go on the norwegian version of yahoo and ask there or visit www.proz.com to find a local translator (who will charge you). I know of one who lives in Billericay and she will charge but she's a native Norwegian speaker who can be located on proz.
