How old are you sweetheart? yes it could mean that you will soon be getting your periods, but you could also just have a tummy upset also, and need to go to the toilet to relieve the pain, usually you get other symptoms if you are about to start your periods, like..you can feel quite agitated and irritable and feel moody, and you would usually get cramps every month for a few months before you start your first period, you can also get headaches too, but try keeping a diary of the time of month you get these cramps, if they are always around the similar time of month then you could start at any time, another little tip for you, I would carry some sanitary towels with you where ever you go, just in case you do start them, then you wont be caught out. Best of luck sweetie, when they do happen you will then be on your way to being a young Lady.

Most likely. I get cramps a couple days before or the day before, but usually not during. Buy some Midol and it'll take the pain away.

maybe, sometimes i get cramps on my back, or on my breasts. Be careful, cramps come in all shapes and sizes and in all places, and feel like ripples of pain.
