Then the coroner is called to investigate cause of death. If it is natural causes then there is no investigation following but if it is undetermined or suspicious causes then there is a police investigation.

Then you'd have something interesting to say about the room when guests come over and there's a lull in the conversation. And you'd have the infamous couch where grandma died to give to your granddaughter to take to college and then she could creep out all her friends.

I would move to another house. It would be too creepy/sad to live there anymore. My brother died in the living room and it was too sad so i moved.

It is scientifically impossible. The living room allows no one to die! The body would have to be moved to any other room in the house, preferably the foyer!!
