It has to do with the content and subject of the letter. I suppose I use Sincerely the most. I have used this:
"Until we talk (meet or see each other) again, you have
All my Love,"
Or I may simply say, God Bless You, or Blessed Be.
I used to use this, too: "Be well, Be safe, Be happy,".
Whatever is appropriate for the letter.
Good Day and Good Luck!

It depends on the purpose of the letter. A business letter is sincerely. A personal letter may be blessings, love etc.

It depends on to whom you have written. The best way to generally sign a letter is the good old standby: "sincerely".
If it is indeed someone you love then use love. If you do wish the person well then use blessings.
I like to use: Warm regards or Warmest regards to show fond affection for persons to whom I am close.

For a more formal letter, it's Sincerely. If it's a close friend it's something like "Take care! Love ya!"

I just draw a heart and write always through it, because I usually write to my best friends or someone who I am comfortable with.
