High heels make your legs look longer and thinner, but flat are more practical and comfortable (and don't wreck your feet).

Definitely high heel boots. I have a pair of six inch heel boots I bought over the Internet. Their like Stevie Nicks boots but, black in color. I absolutely love them!

I would get a pair of each. High heeled boots are sexy and you need flat boots for everyday. I would go to Payless Shoe Source and buy lots!

Well it comes down to what you will be wareing about what style you are going for! I like that heel because Im onle about 5'3! So it gives me better look at things. A high heell will also give off the persona of you over oozing with self confidents and additute! Its a great thing to hold all of those things in just some shoes!

High heel.....definitely high heel. I am searching for a pair of high heel boots myself. Like 4" but it is hard to find a pair that I like.

I like both, I mean the high heels you can wear on special occasions, and the flats are much more practical for when you are going to work or whatever you would use 'em for.

Heels can be great, but not very functional at times: hiking boots, motorcycle boots, etc.
