You can be 14 to get a job where I'm from a work permitt and there is a job you can work at in Pennsylvania. I don't know for share if they have on or not but it is called Greensprings it's for. Retirement Home for Senior Citizens.

Probably 14 for a "legit" job.
But, try for unofficial jobs. Advertise yourself as a jack of all trades...raking leaves, shoveling walks, walking dogs, watching kids, housework, etc.
Especially if you live in a densely populated area, you may be able to get something that way.

in most states you have to be 16. Why don't you go around your neighborhood and see if you can shovel snow or walk dogs this winter. It is a little bit of money.

Depends on your area and where you live.
Most of the time, it's sixteen. But it can be fifteen, with a permit, or fourteen with a permit, I can't remember.

What about babysitting, or cleaning someones house? If you can't get hired by the government, maybe you can make money other ways. :-D
