I'm not a doctor, so please don't take this as medical advice....
If you're LMP was that long ago, and you've had a negative HCG blood test done, you aren't pg. You need to see a doctor to determine the cause of the missed LMP's. Stress and some illnesses can cause this.

If you haven't had a period since August and your blood test have came back negative at this point that would be like 2 months ago I would definitely think by now you would have gotten a positive result. My guess would be that you're not pregnant, your OBGYN should give you a Pap Smear and rule out cervical cancer and fibroids.Maybe you should have an ultrasound done just to see what is going on inside of you.By some unexplainable reasoning you actually could be pregnant.

If your blood test was negative I'd say it's fairly probable to say you're not pregnant. What you may being experiencing is an annovulatory cycle. Or in other words - you may not have ovulated. Without ovulation you don't get a period.
If this is a regular thing for you I would start charting your cycles. Perhaps even visit www.fertilityfriend.com and learn about all the wonderful (not) things that go along with trying to conceive. You may just have to wait it out but make an appointment with your health care provider and discuss your options.
Additionally - there are a variety of herbal supplements that can help regulate your cycle and assist ovulation. Fertility Blend is popular but expensive. I used low dose aspirin, bee pollen (if you're not allergic to bees of course) and vitamin B6 along with my prenatals. B6 being the supplement that helps regulate ovulation.
TTC is not easy. Some things work for some folks and don't work for others. I could go on and on for pages lol.
Tonnes of hugs! Best of luck and bucketloads of babydust!!

When looking for answers to my last period being a week late and the pregnancy test coming back negative, I made an appointment with my OB/GYN and she was thinking that it sounded like a possible ovarian cyst. That had never even occured to me to think of that.
There are other common causes--stress, malnutrition, too much or not enough excercise, and also if there has been rapid weight loss or gain. If all else fails, seek the advise of your doctor. Good luck

Could be a hormonal imblanace. You would need to go to a doctor to get test done. I had the same thing when I was 24, they found out I was low. Put me on pills, and my period started up.

When was the blood test? If it was done in the last few days then I would say that, no, you are not.
