When its cold out all the lights in my jeep (inside and out) flast extremly fast (like a strobe light) and I can hear a clicking noise on the inside of it like I am changing from dim to bright lights. Once it is warmed up it stops. Also lately when I am driving at night if I have the brights on they will go do dim without me even touching the control. I took it to a dealer and they told me it was a bad battery (which I replaced) but it still does it and wont do it when I take it in for them to look at. I think its my signaling switch or a short somewhere.

Have your headlight switch looked at, sounds like there's a short in the headlight system.

Sounds like a loose ground connection.

first sounds like an anti-thief problem and also a ground problem.
