If you're using Firefox, you can set it to delete them when you close the browser. Go to Tools - Options - Privacy - Settings and tick delete when I close Firefox.
Then ok the changes.
You can also use Winpatrol and Ccleaner; they're both such useful programs I recommend them both.

This happens to me pretty much every day. I think it might be a temporary glitch with Yahoo. Usually it says that it can not save your rating and then I find often that it does. Or, I hit it again and it works 2 seconds later.

Whats the problem exactly? U can try deleting it on safe mode. Restart computer and click F8 before u see the xp logo and blue blocks running across the screen. Chooze safe mode, log on and try. Laterz.
