I used to have black PVC pants I bought when I was 15 but I chopped them up and used the material for pleats in an orange plaid dress, the rest I kept as shorts. I bought about a yard worth of it in material and made a triangle swim suit top to match the shorts I already had, a wrap mini skirt with two cloth buckles with buttons for closure and I'm working on a bustier made out of PVC. I'm 21 and married. And when I was 15 my parents didn't have a problem with it because my pants weren't that tight so I didn't look like a skank, and I usually paired it with a t-shirt, not a tight fitting one.

I do sometimes, only at night and only to clubs. Never to dinner or during the daytime. I'm not a parent and don't think parents should dress like that...I'm 29

yes. i love to dress like that. last night to go clubbing for halloween i wore just a plaid mini (very mini), a tie on white top, thigh high hoes, high heels and had my hair tied in ponies with pink bows. i looked hot and wow did i have a good time.
