i use a small amount of oil on my wok, rub it on with paper towel, should work on a normal pan too.

With my non stick pans i was with soapy water then get some kitchen roll and a little olive oil and wipe round. My frying pan i never wash just clean with kitchen roll that way ther is always a coating on the pan

You don't condition a non-stick pan. You just wash it with soap, water and dry. The only "Rule" of non-stick is to not use any type of metal utensils on it. Only wood or plastic.

Conditioning pans is done to prevent rusting, so the only pans you need to condition are unenameled cast iron or non stainless steel.

What I do is put a little oil in it then after that wipe out with kitchen paper,the only thing I do is keep the sides and bottom clean.

Just put about a teaspoon of oil on it and rub it in with a papertowel or something. Don't wash it off, leave it. Any kind of food oil. EX: Olive oil, vegetable oil.

i never use soap ever and dry after rinsing it you can put a small amount of cooking oil on a paper towel and wipe also
