You may be able to conceive with the help of a doctor depending on why you aren't ovulating. There are medications that can help your body produce mature eggs and other meds. that can actually make you ovulate when those eggs are mature. Invitro is another option but very expensive. That's where they fertilize the egg outside of the body then put the embryo back in.

It took me 4 years to get pregnant with my daughter. I didn't ovulate, only sporadically. But! With the help of my doctor and medical treatment. I did conceive. It does happen to some women, but its not always a dead end. Sometimes fertility drugs can jump start your ovaries to produce eggs. Talk to your family doctor, he may have you track your temperature each morning to find out for sure if you are ovulating, and if so, how often. (once each 6 months etc....) Keep your head up, be persistent with your doctor. Best of luck to you!

Try taking chaste-berry tree herbal supplement or evening primrose oil...They are suppose to assist in ovulation. If not you might need to visit FS and get clomid or something like that. But definitely try the alternatives..

My sister-in-law was told she wasn't ovulating (and she wasn't) but 16 years into their marriage one little egg got out and they did have one daughter. Can you imagine her surprise and delite. Anything is possible, however, unlikely.
