yes, i have large boobs already but i would like to have bigger fake breasts. all of the before and after pictures of breast implants i have seen have been smaller to start than my own. its hard to compare what the resault will be. i am worried that by having the implants underneath the pectoral muscle that over time they will become 4 boobs. Its a pretty rare opperation, any tips? (PS how big was pamela andersons breasts before her first augmentation? shes a good example of size im hoping for.)

If you are under the age of 18 you should know one thing , your body is not fully developed yet. As you age your body changes. If you have a large bust line now, be happy. No one will like you for you, just for what you are carrying in front. And besides, why would you want to mutilate yourself? That's what it is. Have you heard all about the side effects that these implants can cause. Before you obsess about a bigger bust line, learn the down faults.

If you have large breasts, then getting medium implants will be Ok for you. What is not recommended is for girls with small breasts to get large implants at once. Nevertheless, with big breasts you'll be able to get medium implants without problems. Check www.surgeryabroadguide.com for more info!

Fake boobs that big are nasty.... BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING GO RENT A PORN get one that has girls with big fake boobs, now look at the fact that you can SEE the implant through the skin and the nasty scar that you can still see even on film underneath their breast or around the nipple, they look horrid.
I agree REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE GENE POOL BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

u dont want it. how old r u? u must be younge still. trust me, im a 36 D/ DD depends on bra. all the cute bras generally end in the C cup. u will be spending much more money on bras that will support u let alone that r cute enough. and the back problems on top of that. u slouch alot more. very unatractive really. u will end up a hunch back by the time ur 50 years old. im sure u will end up regretting it. i want a reduction to be honest. sure they look good( im natural) but its uncomfortable. its such a pain to find cute bras too that actually fit me. good luck!

You'll get the back ache you seem to be wishing for and let me tell you ouch. I've known people who were bigger than you while nursing. Try getting pregnant experience the bigger boobs then decide.

i have to answer this one i cant resist.ok im a 40 d i have scoliosis i really want a reduction do you know how bad my back hurts especially when im on my time of the month.girl be lucky with what you have
