my wife and I vary on our sex drive. I am always interested but yet she is not. Often times, she will masturbate me but when I try to return the favor- she says she does not want my help- she is the only person that can make her reach orgasm ( masturbation wise). So I participate but in different ways. She is all about kissing and hugging before, during and afterwards. We have vaginal intercourse give or take 2 times a week - when she wants it.
I am confused because after she jerks me off, she complains the next day that she does all the work and gets nothing in return that she has to do all the work so its no fun for her.
She is a normal woman- no history of of mental illness. This is beginning to frustrate me as I do not know how to help her or both of us. We have been together for 4 years and I do not want us to get to where we dispise each other. We love each other very much and we get along famous.
ANy suggestions on what I can do or suggest?

ask her to teach you how to get her off. If she feels that you can't do it, it may frustrate her. Ask her for step by step instructions on what works for her. Get involved when she is doing it by watching closely and learning. Ask her to help you help her. Show her you REALLY want to make her climax. If she won't help you, read up on it and ask for feedback from her.

Hmmm ... one suggestion I could give you is to make sure she gets an orgasm before you do. Don't have her jerk you off immediately. I would recommend you kissing her all over and going down on her a lot.
I think that possibly the reason she can't get off when you "masturbate" her is partly embarrassment. She can't get over it so she can't. What you want to happen is for her to get pushed over the edge and lose control and, from my experience, having my honey go down on me (and doing it well, mind you) is just mind blowing, and actually, turns me on so much more that it makes our evening all the more passionate and adventurous.

How about showing your appreciation by hugging and kissing her after she takes care of you. It is normal for two people to have different sex drives and young men are always interested. You have a fine sex live, don't mess it up.

hahahaha...women are all the same. Ok..maybe not all. I do the same as your wife, i think. "No don't touch me there." "Why don't you ever touch me there?"
Just talk it out between the two of you...the best thing you can do it TALK, TALK, TALK. That's what has kept us in a wonderful relationship for 5 years now. We talk things out and never yell. We hardly have an argument. We have sex often...wow is that fun!!

that she just got board after a few years.
just try to talk with her and ask her what she wants

It sounds like she doesn't enjoy touching you. Ask her if there is something she wants, but it really sounds like she wants to be left alone unless she is in the mood.
Which of course is unfair to you - that is a violation of your vows. You're entitled to sexual satisfaction.
