Yes mate: pre-come can get a girl pregnant. It is less likely than actually ejaculating, but it is still possible.
First of all, you do need to go see the doctor, and have a check up, which you're going to do anyway.
Secondly, you won't really stop drinking. Too much of a good thing!
Thirdly, try and be a little less selfish: Sure, your life may well change IF she's pregnant, but what about her life? Right now, she will be bricking it. She's going to be thinking "Oh God I might be pregnant. What am I going to do? We only did it for a few minutes and now this!" or something like that. Remember it's not just you in a pickle.
Fourthly, yes I understand you'd been drinking. But however drunk you or she was, that's no excuse for not using a condom! Sure, it snapped, but at that point, you should have suggested other ways of having fun, or not done anything at all.
Fifthly, and last of all, good luck mate. I genuinely hope she isn't pregnant, and I genuinely hope you don't have an STD or STI.
I also genuinely hope that you take not just one condom, but 2: just in case the first one snaps, OR you get REALLY lucky lol.

Sweetie,first you need to calm down.She could have gotten pregnant from pre-ejaculation.You were only inside of her for two minutes,but only really takes one second for a female to become pregnant.From the sounds of your question,this was simply a one time thing as you dont know if you have contracted anything from her.You will have to talk to her and wait it out.It is too soon to actually tell if she is pregnant or not now.Please drink responsibly if you are going to drink.I am sorry i couldnt give you a better answer.It is merely a wait it out process right now as you have already been with her.Good luck hun.
I just read the last part of your question.No,its not impossible.What you are referring to as "tiny bit of ***" actually contains sperm,so yes she can become pregnant and it isnt that unlikely as women have been known to get pregnant by that even if the male doesnt ejaculate in the vagina.

prem-ejaculation can get a girl pregnant, and it isnt that rare really. u say ur life will be ruined but think about her too, she will have lots of decisions to make if she is pregnant.
its probably a good idea not to carry on having sex if the condom snaps next time!

How old are you? did your parants never teach you about the birds and the bees, grow up of course she could be pregnant, and if you were sober enough then you should of been sober enough to get another condom. You say your life is ruined what about this poor girl.

yes pre *** can get a girl pregnant there are millions of sperm an it only takes one to get a girl pregnant. dont drink! obviously they say it impares your judgements. just pray that shes not on her fertile time of the month and hope for the best. are you a teen? you soudlt even be around alcohol anyways cause sh it like this happens........

Yes she could be pregnant and yes you should cut down on your drinking. If the condom broke as you were putting it on, it's obvious it wasn't going to work.

Yes yes yes yes. About the only thing that was really drummed into us in sex-ed was that any penetration can cause pregnancy no matter how long!
Do a test and also, if it was unprotected id get STD tests done just in-case. can never be too careful!

very unlikely... but still possible, so you should probably check with her. If she's someone you talk to a lot, you should probably talk about what to do if she is pregnant (keep the baby, abortion, adoption, etc.)

pre *** can definitely get a girl pregnant. also, if you *** anywhere around the vagina she can still be pregnant because sperm cells travel into the vagina.
