You should decide this for yourself and not be swayed by the prejudices of other people. Be friends with the people whom you feel most comfortable to be around; it's you business and no one else should bother you about what you choose to do with your time.

As a gay guy I feel to say this. It's really OK to go out with gay men and have fun. I can understand how great it must feel to go to a bar full of men to look at without worrying that someone will make a bad pass on you. Just fun and gossip about guys.
The thing that you have to keep in balance is that at some point you might get used to this and forget about your own personal life.
Many women i know hung out with gay men just because they feel so insecure that they cannot have any friends or boyfriends. Mostly they are fat and ugly women with lots of insecurities,
If you are not that type of woman I don't see what the problem is.

there is nothing wrong with hanging out with gay guys. Im a lesbian and I love hanging out with gay men, they are super fun to shop with, go dancing with, just hang out with. My best friend and I have so much fun together, we can lay on the couch and watch a movie, holding each other and everything, and there are no expectations, we just love each other. Its nice to have someone that u can do that with. So dont let other peoples stupid opinions affect what u do kid.

People always criticize and pass judgments on that which they fail to understand. I see nothing wrong with having gay guys as friends, as long as you don't limit all your social life to them. I have several friends who are gay, both men and women, and they are of good moral character despite their sexual preferences. So I would just ignore the criticism, innuendoes, or anything else that tends to put a stamp on you. You're certainly entitled to choose your own friends, gay and straight.

Right on ! As a fem lesbian, some of my closet friends are gay men, whether their transsexuals, top, bottom,etc... I feel that alot of my women friends are okay with my lifestyle, (F*** them if their not) but alot of times I run into problems with their boyfriend, husband, and so on because they feel like I might try to steal their chick. PLEASE ! Also , I don't have to worry about my gay male friend trying to sleep with my lady. LOL ! No girl, there's nothing wrong with that. In fact some of your crazy, fun , off the chain memories will probably come from them. HAVE FUN, LIVE YOUR LIFE !

Maybe, just maybe these guys you're hanging out with aren't really gay. Maybe no one is really gay. Maybe gayness is just a state of mind.
