Outside of the list, I would say ColdFusion, especially if you are familiar with HTML, ColdFusion would be easy for you to pick up because ColdFusion is tag based. You can also write ColdFusion in script-like syntax too; but some of the most powerful stuff can only be done in tags.

Of the items in the list provided, I would say PHP is probably the easiest to learn

If you're looking to get into the computer programming biz, I would suggest going with C# because you can then go either way, the Microsoft .NET way or Java because the languages are pretty similar.

i will choose php from your list,but i strongly recommend cgi/perl
this is a very old scripting,but very powerful and easy,at least i do.
i start my 1st cgi programme in my 15years old,i just learn about 1/2 year.not expert,but at least can write some simple but nice script.after 2 years i stop,cause i choose medicine course after guadrate 2ndary school...
from my experience,i recommend cgi/perl.
