I accepted the fact I have lifelong major depression and am oddly appreciative of how I get a different perspective on life than a lot of other people do. Sometimes its the actual UNDERSTANDING of yourself and what you cannot change that changes you instead of actually changing yourself. I hope THAT makes sense!

yes, it makes sense, it's the best way to change, is not to try to change at all, you'll change to what you wanted to change to at last, so why bother yourself trying to change, if you eventually gonna change now or later, everything change and they never try to change themselves.

If I understand you correctly, yes. I guess by not changing (or stop trying to change) you have changed. Right?
Ouch, my head hurts... too much thinking.
