1) I've got Eli as my #1 QB, but there are huge winds in NY today. Should i start David Carr instead?
GIants are at home against TB and Houston is in Tenn
2) RB situation. Start 2; I'm planning to play Tiki Barber as one, I need help picking the other. My choices are:
A. Green vs Ari
C. Williams vs @NYG
L. Washington vs @Cle
M Jones-Drew vs @Phily
Any advice would be appreciated!!

I'd go with Green for running back, he had a great week last week and was looking good coming off his hamstring injury. Yeah, they probably will still list him on the probable list but just precautionary procedure. I think that barber would want a good day in New York to run against his brother, but I would still have to go with Eli over Carr.

I still like Eli. He and the Giants offense will adjust to the wind. I'm not sold on Carr at all, even against the Titans.
At RB, with Gradkowski in at QB instead of Simms, TB will look to run, run, run. Cadillac is head and shoulders above the other options.

Id start washington at cleveland personally or Ahman Green but not Cadillar or Drew.

David carr i think would be the better option, especially those winds. I would probably go with leon washington.i think ahman green is questionable today
