I can't breathe thinking about either. A snorkle is as far as I'm going with breathing devises so I won't be going to either.
Both are pretty sad desolate horrible places but I imagine there would be a little more light visible in space so I'll take that if I have to.
The ocean has allsorts of weird slimy life down there that would brush past you in the dark and freak you out.

Taken in effect that i hope i have some kind of breathing device, then the bottom of the ocean!!! Lot's of cool things to explore for.The moon on the other hand just has moon rock's LOL.

I took this question to mean where is the next place humans will settle. I think the deep dark ocean. It would be a wonderful place to live if we can solve the transportation issues and such...I think it would be hard to not get cabin fever though.

To be stranded in you mean? I think I'd take the ocean since I wouldn't have to leave Earth that way.
