It seems to me that you cant go any where these days if your a gay man and be free of straight women. Lesbians dont have to put up with straight guys hanging around them. We just get two straight girls to pretend to be lesbians to fulfill our fantasies. What do gay guys think of this, and straight girls dont you ever think they may just want to be left alone? After all there is no male eqivalent of the faghag.

First of all, there are a lot of straight men that do mess with lesbians, but most men are taught to leave them alone.
All the gay guys at my school are assailed by massive amounts of straight women. I think they want a cute little gay man to take shopping and dress up in pretty little outfits. I want to buy them dolls because they basically do what these girls want from gay guys.

Straight men always mess with lesbians. It's a matter of the challenge involved. Besides it tends to weed out the pretenders that way. In a way I believe the women that are messing with you and your friends may be doing the same thing but maybe subconsciously.

Ah, your assumption is in error: straight men do "mess" with Lesbians. It seems to be human nature to try to force our own mores on other people.
Usually, gay men are better looking, better groomed, better dancers, more fun, know how to treat a lady with respect and are more interesting than straight men: plus they like to SHOP and decorate. (I am using Gay stereotypes here but it is as an example).
Straight men are sometimes vulgar, watch sports too much, get too into the buddy system and exclude their wives and girlfriends, dress in a shabby manner, hate to shop, are not very good dancers, do not have the best grooming, and are not respectful, etc.
Gay males are just more fun to be around - plus I think a lot of women believe (in error) that they hold the magic secret between their legs that will turn a gay guy from his homosexual ways: not going to happen.
A lot of gay people are actually bi-sexual, so don't just assume because someone is outwardly gay; that they are not just as interested in the opposite sex as any other person.

Thats funny. I have a gay friend, my best friend in the entire world, that has a girl that flocks to him constantly. She is totally in love with him. I think the reason that straight women do this is either 1: they are insecure with themselves and it is easier and safer to feel in love with someone that is unattainable, or 2: they like to hang around with gay men because they are fun and no threat is there to have to sleep with them. Not all gay men hate this ps. My gay boy loves all the straight girls that flock to him.
Im a lesbian, and yes, I have straight male friends that like to hang around me because Im like one of the boys to them. We can talk sports, look at hot women, and there are no expectations. So yes, there is a male equivelent of the faghag, its called the dyketyke. LOL.

I think, in my own opinion, that straight girls tend to feel more relaxed and comfortable around gay men because they ARE gay. Straight girls know that straight men only have one thing on their mind when they are around pretty young women, and that is sex. But for straight girls to be around the gay men they know that those men arent starring and gaulking over them like a bunch of starving vulchers ready to attack at any given second. It's not that the straight girls are trying to get into the pants of gay men, it's that they know the gay men arent trying to get into their panties.

I think some straight women think it's cool to hang out with gay guys, they don't feel threatened that way. I know it sounds stupid, but a friend of mine brags that she hangs out with her gay friends all the time. And I agree the gay guys want to be left alone, also the straight girls, when they all go out together want to be left alone by the straight guys. So we put up with the same thing, only in reverse.

Dude-I think you need to lighten up a little bit.
As far as straight women go...yeah they hit on me quite a bit...and I'm flattered when they do. I take it as a compliment.
My take on fag hags- I adore them. One of my best friends is a straight female who enjoys having gay friends and being around gay people. We have a blast whenever we're together.
So not all gay men want the straight women to leave us alone!
