i would download a password cracker but if u are not interested in that here are some ideas:
make a text file that has your passwords for your zip files and put it in a zip folder and make the password for the folder your name.
next time u make a folder make it something simple like your pet's name.

Download elcomsoft's ARCHPR (Advanced archive recovery pro) from www.elcomsoft.com. Its is a powerful little program that will try hack into your zip file by all means possible.
Unfortunately due to encryption methods employed by WinZip for protected .Zip files this is the only way to retrieve files from a password-protected archive, but it gets there in the end (depending on how long the password was).

there are some little programs available to recover it. but i wouldnt guarantee them to be effective. one is zip password finder and there are lots try googling. cheers
