Halloween (or All Hallows Eve) is very traditionally English, and good to celebrate, when the witches come out. Don't talk to me about the yankee yee-haa Trick or Treat crap. We should stop that nonsense straight away. Bonfire night is also excellent - we should bring back penny for the guy ( or in 2006 language a tenner for the guy, and I take Visa chip and pin) !!!

Well there here to stay that's for sure. See my 360 for the Truth about Halloween from a christian perspective, but hey you make up your own mind.

Bonfire nights should be organised only by responsible parents. To many idiots throwing fireworks around and they hurt both man and animal. Legislation should be brought in more stiffly in selling them.

Love Toffee apples though !!

I loved both as a child not so much Haloween anymore. Bonfire night is amazing, especially if you go to a decent display.
Anyone who moans about trick or treaters is old and miserable and decrepit and quite dull, no one has to answer the door!!!!! They are children with masks on not HM customs and excise!!!

I think it's a great tradition and lots of fun for children and adults alike...don't let anyone tell you it's Satanic, that's BS, it has evolved throughout the years from it's original form of a pre-christian tradition...
