I bled all the brakes, changed rotors, pads, shoes, no fix. When I first start the car it misses until these lights come and on then the car runs fine. Also, before the lights comeon and you hit the brakes you canhear a steady clicking through the brake pedal until the lights come on. The brakes work fine though.

Pull the code off your ECM with a scanner and then you will have the cause. Or, get yourself a Chilton's which will have the troubleshooting information. Sounds like it needs to be reset.

it relatively is an electric challenge between many that Chevy/popular automobiles ought to've addressed. i've got taken my ninety seven Malibu (offered type new and nonetheless reluctantly very own) to the broker different situations for this and different issues, and that i replaced into advised the ABS sensor replaced into undesirable. the two left and good sensors on separate activities. different non-supply up and present day electric issues so a ways incorporate ABS/Brake easy challenge, driving force part power window challenge, all power domicile windows are gradual, radio quantity and on/off swap issues, ac/heater blower administration would not artwork on placing a million & 2, AC button challenge, brake lighting fixtures furniture, gas gauge incorrect, sunlight hours working lighting fixtures furniture, and so on... This seems undemanding with Malibus, Grand Am's, Alero's, and so on., and that i could say is a effect of inexpensive electric areas (fuses, wiring) and assembly. in case you like a non everlasting restore and prefer to waste money, take it to the broker or mechanic, in any different case get rid of it and say so long to GM. Is there a Chevy guru available it relatively is seen all and sundry of those issues and might shed somewhat easy?

You seem to have a bad ABS sensor. To reset your brakes trun the key to the on possion but do not start it. Press your brakes 3 times and then start the car. By doing this will reset your computer of any faults. Now start the car if it still comes on then you have a bad sensor. Its no big deal but you can have it replaced for a few bucks, or do it yourself. ABS is just a safty percaution when braking. Its not a requirement to have.
