There was a movie when I was a kid that I used to watch called "Monster Squad". It was about a group of kids who went out to fight monsters like the wolfman and frankenstein. They eventually became friends with all of them. Or at least most of them. Has anyone else seen this movie? And does anyone know if you can still buy a copy of it??

Oh God, I loved that movie. "Wolfman's got nards!" Incidentally, Jonathan Gries who is best known for his role as Uncle Rico in "Napoleon Dynamite" played the werewolf in this film. Gries was also featured in "Real Genius" with Val Kilmer, "Fright Night part 2" and he had a role on "The Pretender" TV series. I too have been looking for a DVD of "Monster Squad". Classic Halloween entertainment for the whole family. Sorry I can't add anything to the other answers.

I remember that movie from when I was a kid also. Circuit city and best Buy always have old movies like that, try there. Now that you mention it I might have to also.

Actually Frankensteins Monster is the only one they made friends with...they killed the rest...and it is only on video...it hasn't been released on dvd...so you most likely will only find a used video copy.
