If you have a bank account. you can sign up with pay pal Yahoo's sister company,used a lot on EBay.so it's safe.I use it.

Look into getting yourself a Visa gift card. Venders will sell one time use cards or cards with specific amounts on them as gift cards, but they work just like a Visa.
