Dry cleaners are at their wit's end because customers are bringing them silk blouses and dresses that are beyond help. Scary, isn't it What are folks doing wrong?
They're trying to spot clean silk themselves, and that's a mistake. once silk is wet and you start rubbing it, you can chafe and break off the surface fibers . Kaput Ruined.
What's more, lots of silks are treated with water-soluble sizing that will leave a ring if you try to remove a spot yourself. Leave spot removal to the experts.

stretch the blood stain over a small bowl. Pour peroxide over the stain. ( the bowl will catch the run off) Now, shake Adolph's Meat Tenderizer on the stain. (not the flavored kind)
Let sit for 15 minutes, then wash with warm water and mild soap.
That should do it
If that doesnt work, turn it into your killing suit

Do the easy stuff first. Soak in cold water. Then try soaking in cold water with Shout or some kind of pre-treatment. Don't expose to heat or salt (sweat). That will set the blood like a die.
If that doesnt' work then use it as your killing suit.
