If you don't believe in legislating your morality on others you are not religious
if you are against the war you are against the troops.
If you disagree with G.Dub you are unpatriotic.
If you believe in separation in church and state you are an atheist.
If you are against torture you love terrorist.
If you have nothing to hide you shouldn't mind if I crawl up your butt to find a terrorist.
If you disagree with this administration you are a terrorist.

I am not a Democrat, but I feel compelled to answer this question because, so far, I see everyone here has taken up the bait but hasnt bitten on a hook.

There are some misconceptions made and some generalized terms used by both sides (and some inbetween) but the essential truth has not been brought to the fore:

Not all Democrats are liberals and not all Republicans are conservative.

It is that simple truth that has blinded a great many on this forum and will continue to in the future...simply because what I say wont mean a red cent to the majority that will read this.

There is a time and place for each, but I feel that the moderate members of this community have taken a bye and in so doing have joined the fray on one side or the other forsaking their moderate status in favor of one that doesnt truely apply.

Stand up and be counted.

I'm a registered democrat voting in absentia for republican candidates. If, instead, I registered as a republican, then there is a good chance someone might "forget" to mail my ballot to me. Typical libs, right?

The main thought perversion about democrats is that they care for America and sincerely want to protect American lives. They would rather have another 9/11 than preemptively strike a malicious regime. Dont like the patriot act? Hell, just let another attack happen and you get great news coverage for the next month. What are dems afraid of when they scream about losing civil liberties? Ill tell you: Civil liberties mean nothing when your head's been sawed off by a Radical Islamic Fundamentalist. If you aren't guilty of anything then you should not fear your own government that is trying to protect you. So what if they eavesdrop? They have been doing that for years in times of war and for good cause. Many people, and bad people, have been eliminated that way--many democrats.

The President's job is to protect America. That's what he's doing! Its too bad he can't make sense to everyone! Eliminate anyone who stands in her way...

I don't have anything against Democrats, per se. I really hate the liberals invading your party, however.

Until the DNC figures out how to keep Constitutional rights intact, keep watching the exodus of Democrats in the South.

I see misconceptions that all democrats like Nancy Pelosi, are against the death penalty, and want illegals to come to our country. They generalize and insult us without asking us first.

That all Democrats are extremely left wing and are in favor of taxes to support extensive government intrusion into our lives. Most Democrats I know are fairly middle of the road socially, lifestyle and political beliefs..

That Democrats coddle terrorists, that they are against the American soldiers in Iraq, that they actively promote homosexuality and pedophilia, they are against the US and they tax and spend.
