Sprague-Dawley Rats - anyone breed them?

Our lab works with S-D rats and I wondered if anyone works with them regularly? I wanted some information about determining pregnancy and optimizing for specific gestation days (for experiments). Thanks:-)

Actually your best bet would be to get in touch with a company that sells them. They will have techs that are very knowlegeable on the topic. For instance:
