That would depend on your job or your parents opinion not ours. Do you have enough money to buy it without your parents' help? I'm sure your parents are working hard to brand name dress you by the sound of your question; I don't imagine they want to be buying your boyfriend a phone too.

go ahead and get him a prepaid phone if you want, but certainly don't get him a plan or anything where you have to sign any contracts. you can get them pretty cheaply starting around $25 at walmart or stores like that

no im 13 and i got my gf a laptop for no ocasion
it was 2500 bux new so a cell wudnt b too much
