Don't expect miracles, but you should be able to get rid of the worst of it by dabbing it with a cloth with white spirit. Provided the paint is fresh, the pigment will gradually transfer to the white spirit. You may have to turn of change the cloth a few times. Don't soak the jacket with white spirit - it will make the paint spread.
You should eventually finish up with just a dull patch on the jacket and this will come out with dry cleaning fluid (perclone).

It depends on how much paint and the colour of the jacket. If the jacket colour colour is dark, I would risk some white spirit on a soft cloth, rubbing in and then wiping off with a clean cloth. On a light coloured jacket this would leave a greasy mark. Don't do this near any source of heat or while smoking!! If you've succeeded in softening the paint, I would switch to wash up liquid, a soft toothbrush and clean cloths. You need loads of patience and be sure that the colour isn't bleeding too much as you work. When/ if you get the paint out, get it dry cleaned.

This will work better if the paint is still wet. Apply some solvent via a dabbing motion on a cloth to break it down and then massage some washing up liquid into it. finaly rinse under a warm tap

you do no longer might desire to best. you in easy terms best new bare surfaces so as that they might take right here coats of paint. on occasion you will be able to desire to seal before painted surfaces if there's a difficulty. What you describe is merely an unattractive darkish shade. so which you paint interior the traditional way, yet you will be able to might desire to do one greater coat of undercoat to end the darkish shade grinning by using. rub down the present floor with a view to furnish a 'key' to strengthen the adherence of your next coat of paint. Then shop on with one or 2 undercoats till the present shade has disappeared. Then placed your end coat of paint, often semi-gloss (eggshell) or finished gloss as you decide on (the two require undercoat). the keep proprietor provide you with the the ideal option undercoat for the end coat which you quite choose.

what have you been up to lol?.......wearing yur Dad's or brother's jacket? Try putting a cloth over the jacket and putting a warm iron on top to see if that lifts it or perhaps a piece of paper as it might blot the paint out. Be careful the iron is not too hot and does not touch the jacket itself.
