Gee, if she's not bisexual she will probably have an aversion to this behavior. If she already has an aversion to the behavior it will be worse in the presence of a witness. Convincing your significant other to try a bi experience should not be required. If she doesn't want it she shouldn't be manipulated toward it. If she does it will happen of it's own accord -- with or without you watching.

There is no convincing if she doesn't want to do it. If you decide to bring it up to her there has to open communication and a lot of discussion. The two of you need to know all boundaries that you have for each other.

Why would you want to force her into a situation like that if she has already told you she doesn't want to? Are you willing to try a bi experience yourself?

YOU CAN'T! you can let her know that it is a fantasy of yours and that you would love to see this take place, but there is no way to convince her... unless you want to bring a whole lot of heartache into your relationship.

just make sure that if she "gives in" that you are prepared for a lot of hurt and mistrust and crazy feelings that WILL come into play, esp if she was aprehensive and just gave into you because she is trying to make you happy.

there isn't really a way to convince her. it is something she needs to be comfortable with. you should just talk to her about it and tell her you would really like to try it out and see what she says about it. then in return you'll do something. not necessarily the same idea but something that she would like you to do that might turn her on. but it should be a mutual decision. you never know it might turn her on too.

I know - why don't YOU have a bi experience while SHE watches, first, just to break the ice?

Lots of people learn by example. When you allow her to watch you with another dude then you can expect her to be reasonable about being with another woman.
