Dark lips due to heavy smoking is quite possible. If you stop smoking completely it will take long time atleast 7/8 years to get normal color lips. If you ar a female stop smoking and use some suitable dark shade lipstick. Here also time only will give the result.

first u must take a decision to stop your smoking,then u reduce the no:of cigarette used day by day.Only after that I give u the solution for improving the colour of your dark lips.

At the risk of sounding like a smart ***, maybe um...stop smoking...
Other than that, I would say that in all of my years as a make up artist I have NEVER seen black lips from smoking or for anyother reason.
If you have black lips you should go see a doctor. This is not a cosmetic question you are asking...this sounds like a serious health issue.

Smoking can kill u so no matter how hard it is try to stop! TO help with your lips it depends. You could wear like a dark shade maybe bright red or dark like a dark purple or something!
