my nose has been stuffed all night i couldnt sleep and have a terrible headache how do i get rid of my stuffy nose?

you can get rid of your stuffy nose by slicing it off with any sharp object

sounds like your sinuses are clogged. try drinking a lot more fluids and also rub around your eyes and up to your eyebrow you should feel a notch rub it as hard as you can stand it and you should feel some drainage come down the back of your throat that is good. now steam up the bathroom and sit in there it will help loosen up the secretions.Do you have allergies? get checked. there are over the counter stuff ask the pharmacist if the other does not work. plus stay away fro caffeine it dehydrates you and makes the secretion thicker and possibly the headache worse. I am allergic to caffeine it gives me headaches. good luck if this does not work i have other answers.

Well, do you just hae a stuffy nose, or do you have a cold? Stuffy nose - Eat something really spicy...maybe some "extra hot" hot wings or some wasabi cold - drink lots of OJ

The best way for me, is to take like contac,or the otc cold meds, but it has to have that ingredient that is kept behind the counter, they have the cold medicines back there because some people make meth? i think out of it .Just have to ask for it. Tylenol sinus, cold medicine works great. Just ask pharmacist, once you take that your head and nasal passages will clear up and you'll feel alot better. Not good for high blood pressure tho, which i have and still take cold medicine cuz i can't stand not to be able to breathe., or even good ol dristan nasal spray.Good Luck!

It's called Afrin and it works really well! It's one of those nose spritzers and it instantly takes away your stuffy nose! The only problem is, when you stop taking it, your nose gets all clogged again.

Get vicks vapour rub and rub it around your nose and chest. Also if you hold a cup of hot water close to your face and inhale it helps the congestion.

I get like that. I'm allergic to dust, and animals.
dust your room,and keep the animals out.
I use Vick's to try to breathe better.. at least if my nose is running it's not as bad.
