How to convert US Dollars to Euros?

I am ordering from a German website and need Euros to pay. It's going to be about 272 Euros. Just to make sure I have it right, how much would it be in US Dollars? I got 388. How do I convert US Dollars to Euro's so I can mail the money to the website?

If you also need to actually SEND Euros, Paypal will let you deal with various currencies, including Euros.
